Hyderabad: At a time when organisations are rapidly adopting AI, they also need to strengthen security, governance and ethical accountability at the same pace, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Telangana chairman and RE Sustainability vice chairman M Goutham Reddy said on Wednesday.
"Trust is now measurable and decisive for business success," he said at a conference on AI, cyber resilience and data protection organised by the Telangana chapter of CII.
Experts pointed out that trust must be embedded into the DNA of digital transformation, with policies, skills, technology, governance and leadership mindsets evolving together to ensure that AI-enabled growth remains secure, ethical and sustainable.
Speakers said cybersecurity and data protection are no longer limited to IT departments but have become boardroom priorities tied to business continuity, reputation and competitiveness.
